Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, is set to visit China following an official invitation from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, according to Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baghaei.
The visit, scheduled for this Friday, marks Araghchi’s first trip to China under the administration of President Masoud Pezeshkian. Baghaei emphasized the robust relationship between Tehran and Beijing, highlighting their “very good ties in all fields.”
During his visit, Araghchi is expected to engage in discussions with senior Chinese officials focusing on mutual interests, including the implementation of the comprehensive strategic partnership document signed between the two nations.
Additionally, the agenda includes addressing regional and international developments, aiming to further solidify the diplomatic and strategic collaboration between Iran and China.
